We cannot say enough good things about James and the whole Gifford’s team. Guests left comment cards mentioning the meal and declared it “best wedding food ever”, with a few claiming it their best meal ever. James went so far and beyond for us when we requested weird British canapes or ingredients from local farms. The only downside with working with James is that he cannot be a guest at your wedding, which is what you’ll want after going through the planning process with him.
